A Roadmap for the Future:
Making the Case for Full Stability on Commercial Vehicles

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC, the North American leader in active safety and braking system technologies for commercial vehicles, continues its efforts to educate the industry about the differences between roll-only and full-stability technologies. The company plans to release this encompassing dissertation about the topic in May.

Titled “A Roadmap for the Future: Making the Case for Full Stability on Commercial Vehicles,” the paper will present information and data about both types of tractor- or truck-based stability systems – roll-only systems and full-stability technology, also known as electronic stability control. The paper will provide insight regarding the performance and limitations of these systems, as well as clarify the substantial differences in the technological approaches of the two stability options.
