Bendix® Trailer Information Module (TIM™ G2)

The Bendix^® Trailer Information Module (TIM^™ G2) generation two, is a device that enables access to the trailer Electronic Control Unit (ECU) information as well as other Bendix trailer systems — such as the SmarTire^® Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) by Bendix CVS — without having to use PC diagnostics. The module may be trailer-mounted or used as a handheld diagnostic tool. Typically — when installed onto a trailer — the Bendix TIM is installed either near the rear axle, about half-way along the trailer, or at the front driver-side corner of the trailer.
